1. What This Website Actually Does (Yes, Literally This)

At this early stage, BetterPlace offers:

• Account creation and login
• A personal referral code you can share
• A BeePCoin counter that increases when people sign up using your referral link

That’s the whole show for now — no posting, no content, no feeds. Just simple, clean functionality.

2. Eligibility

To use BetterPlace, you must:

• Be at least 13-years old
• If you are 13–17, you must have parental or guardian permission to use the site
• Provide true and accurate information when creating your account

No pretending to be someone else. No fictional identities. Keep it honest, and we’re good.

3. Referral Codes & BeePCoins

Here’s how referrals work:

1. Share your referral code
2. Someone signs up
3. You earn BeePCoins

Now — the important part:

BeePCoins are:

• Not money
• Not crypto
• Not an investment
• Not redeemable for anything outside the platform
• Not tradable, sellable, or withdrawable

BeePCoins can be changed, modified, updated, reset, or removed at BetterPlace’s discretion. They’re internal participation credits, nothing more.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false information
• Attempt to abuse or manipulate the referral system
• Sell, trade, barter, or exchange BeePCoins
• Use the site for illegal or harmful behavior
• Attempt to break, hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Try to access accounts that aren’t yours

Violations = account termination + BeePCoin deletion.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violating these terms
• Abusing the platform
• Engaging in suspicious or harmful behavior
• Any activity that undermines system integrity

If your account is terminated:

• All your BeePCoins are permanently deleted.

6. No Warranties

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about uptime, accuracy, or performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• BetterPlace is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Our maximum liability — no matter what — is $10 USD

Use the platform at your own discretion.

8. Changes to These terms

We can update these terms whenever we need to. If you continue using the site after changes, that means you accept them.
